The progress of each participant is tracked through our platform, providing insights into focus areas, goal achievement, self-assessment, and 360° feedback throughout the coaching journey.
Participants follow a structured path: they begin by assessing skills and setting goals, then engage in focused coaching sessions, completing assignments and reflecting on learning between sessions.
At the end of the program, participants complete a post-program survey to review their journey, outcomes, and the results of coaching. Each employee receives a skills report that clearly illustrates their growth and development. This structured approach ensures that leadership coaching contributes directly to organizational performance.
