Elatra completes its first financing round to help tech-focused businesses develop "coaching culture" to improve employee engagement and performance
Elatra has closed its pre-seed funding round raising $200K from angel investors. The money is to accelerate product development and further strengthen go-to-market capability.
Elatra is a digital coaching platform tailored to tech businesses to amplify people's performance, engagement and loyalty.
“Tech-focused businesses face unique challenges, such as propensity to remote work, distributed intercultural teams, shorter employee tenure and soft skills gap. This makes coaching an even more crucial instrument to develop their talent — their main asset, because it is people who create breakthrough products and new technologies. We know this firsthand, because all of our team members are professionals with tech industry experience”, says co-founder and Chief Solutions Officer Anna Libus.
